Dustin, thanks for sharing these. I'm currently considering if the series is worth the read. I've heard the adaptations were sufficient (until the last season?). Unfortunately all I've seen were the last few seasons, so I don't know if backtracking into the source material is worthwhile. What do you think, Dustin?

I haven't actually seen the last couple seasons of Game of Thrones, and I'm very reluctant to do so based on all the criticisms of the final season. Even GRRM wasn't very happy with it. The previous seasons are wonderful, though. Regarding the books, I very much think they're worth dipping into. I love them so much. The character development and world-building are phenomenal!
I only wish I had reviewed Book 3 (A Storm of Swords,) at the time. It's by far my favorite of the series!
